Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Solutions Engineer to support the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions that optimize building operations and physical security. This role will focus on contributing to enhance efficiency and security across our facilities.
Please note that no relocation support is offered for this position
Support and contribute to development of digital solutions for Building Management Systems (BMS) and utility data management (heat, ventilation, power)
Collaborate with facility, security, and other teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery
Implement and support access and surveillance systems to enhance security across all buildings
Provide technical guidance, and coaching to engineers within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared ownership
Oversee the integration of systems and solutions to promote best practices
Our product provides digital solutions to optimize building operations, including factories, through centralized data insights for enhanced efficiency and sustainability.
Building Management Systems (BMS), Utility Data Management (heat, ventilation, power), Energy Systems, Facility Management, Access and CCTV Systems.

Demonstrable experience in digital solutions management, preferably in building management or facility operations
Experience with of building management technologies and sustainability practices (Niagara / Honeywell EBI)
Familiarity with physical security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control systems)
Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams and partners
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C#/ TypeScript
Practical experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms in deploying and managing solutions
Understanding of OT systems and their integration with IT networks
Experience with network security protocols and tools
Proficiency in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting
Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve network and system issues
Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
