We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to support our VP of LEGO® Agency Commerce and our Head of Experience, alongside their visionary Leadership Team (LT). Please note: This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark at our Løvstræde office. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home and 3 days in the office. Relocation support is not provided for this role.
Core Responsibilities
VP and Head of Experience Support
Support daily management of calendar and inbox, travel bookings, visa applications, expense management, purchasing orders and taking proactive actions.
Support readiness ahead of meetings by coordinating pre-reads in due time and collecting required information.
Support the preparation of documents and communications.
LT Support
Attend LT meetings, responsible for notetaking and capturing actions, preparation of meeting agenda and materials, and other meeting practicalities.
Planning events, workshops, occasional off-sites and logistics in Denmark and abroad; could include the broader Our LEGO Agency® (OLA) team.
Maintain information sharing and good networking with EA colleagues across the LEGO Group.
Support OLA team sense of belonging in Copenhagen office.
Own the set up and execution of monthly Town Halls.
Ad-hoc project participation and support tasks, depending on personal interest and capacity.

Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience as an EA, or comparable administrative role, for senior leaders within a global organization supporting multiple time zones
Experience working in a creative, marketing, or production environment
Proactive and determined with a high degree of collaboration and positivity
Handles and maintains a high-level of confidentiality with a diligent attention to detail
Willingness to learn and understand topics to better support the leadership and organization
Experience planning and delivering meetings and events
Strong communication skills and able to build relationships quickly and effectively
Proven ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay organised day-to-day
Agile working style, handling multiple tasks in an environment where priorities may change with ease
Microsoft Office Suite and Miro
Fluency in English, verbal and written
