Core Responsibilities

  • Own the end to end B2B Ecommerce strategy for Turkiye, defining the channel vision, growth ambition, and strategic roadmap in line with BU and Market Group priorities
  • Continuously evolve and innovate the ecommerce channel, identifying new business models, tools, and ways of working to accelerate growth and improve execution
  • Lead our strategic ecommerce customers, develop and implement joint business plans to deliver sales, profitability, and market share growth
  • Lead commercial negotiations including trade terms, investments, retail media, and promotional plans
  • Drive a strong shopper and consumer focused value proposition across assortment, pricing, content, and execution
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Key Account Management team and the Ecommerce Marketing and Retail Media team
  • Provide clear Ecommerce and channel input into BU annual business planning, forecasting, and long term strategy
  • Actively contribute as a member of the TURCAT BU Leadership Team, shaping overall BU direction and priorities

The B2B Ecommerce Director Turkiye plays a critical role in driving the LEGO brand’s growth across the most important digital commerce platforms in Turkiye. By leading strategic customer partnerships and building strong commercial capabilities, the role ensures that ecommerce is a key growth engine for the BU.

As a member of the BU Leadership Team, the role contributes beyond ecommerce, supporting cross functional collaboration and helping shape the overall business agenda. Through strong leadership, clear direction, and a focus on execution excellence, this role helps strengthen the LEGO Group’s market position and deliver long term, sustainable growth.

In this role, you lead more than Ecommerce accounts. You shape partnerships, develop talent, and turn digital platforms into powerful growth engines for the LEGO brand.
 

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong experience (4+ years) in leading the ecommerce function within consumer goods and/or retail
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce fundamentals including assortment, pricing, promotions, and retail media
  • Proven technical skills and ability to translate channel data into insights and take data driven decisions
  • Proven leadership experience managing commercial teams and developing high performing talent
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience managing complex customer relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to build and implement joint business plans with large ecommerce partners
  • Strategic approach with the ability to translate strategy into clear actions and results
  • Strong partner management skills across internal and external senior audiences
  • Experience working in fast paced, performance driven environments
  • Previous experience in emerging markets or multi country business environments
  • Experience with retail media and performance marketing models
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive cross functional collaboration
  • Strong change leadership capabilities
