Additive Manufacturing Technician i Enabling&Operations – daghold på LEGO®

Jobbet som Additive Manufacturing Technician består i at understøtte effektiv udvikling, drift og vedligehold og på den måde bidrage til at sikre høj udnyttelse af produktionsapparatet og skabe løbende forbedringer. Additive Manufacturing arbejder med nye teknologier, hvor plast-elementer og metal-komponenter bygges med materialer lag på lag.

I området arbejdes der konstant med udvikling og optimering af processer, i takt med at vi undersøger nye teknologier, modner eksisterende teknologier og bringer kvalificerede teknologier til produktion.

I vores udviklings- og produktionsområde på Kornmarken kører vi to programmer, som er fremstilling af henholdsvis LEGO-elementer og udstyrselementer til produktionen i form af bla. jigs, fixtures og formdele. 

De fleste teknologier vi arbejder med, er stadig under udvikling og i modningsfase, men vi har for nyligt etableret og bygget et produktionssetup, hvor vi har samlet de modnede teknologier.

Dine opgaver bliver:

  • Sikre høj effektivitet på udstyr og maskiner.
  • Deltage aktivt i forebyggende aktivitet, som rengøring, kvalitetskontrol og vedligehold.
  • Varetage fejlfinding.
  • Bidrage til optimering og justering af processer.
  • Udføre testkørsler og undersøgelser af materialer og udstyr i samarbejde med relaterede områder og samarbejdspartnere. 
  • Yde problemløsning samt deltage i PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) og PPS (Practical Problem Solving) arbejde.
  • Være nysgerrig og opnå stor procesforståelse på nye teknologier og teknologier i modningsfasen.
  • Give feedback på partkvalitet og udstyrsperformance til leverandør og samarbejdspartnere.
  • Udgående kvalitetskontrol.

Du er open-minded i forhold til nye teknologier og klar til sidemandsoplæring i opsætning og indkøring af AM-maskiner. Desuden har du et grundlæggende kendskab til og forståelse for kvalitet, da du skal besidde beslutningskompetence ifm. kvalitet: Vurdere den visuelle kvalitet, og ved konstatering af afvigelser eller kvalitetsbrist skal disse håndteres i henhold til gældende eskaleringsprocedurer.

 Derudover forventes det at du har

  • Uddannet plastmager eller lign baggrund
  • Kendskab til LEAN (LEGO Continuous Improvement – LCI).
  • Stor teknisk indsigt i arbejde med maskiner og materialer.
  • IT-kendskab på brugerniveau.
  • Kendskab til Office 365 programpakken.
  • Gode Engelsk kundskaber både mundtlig og skriftlig.
