Summary of Job:
Manage the day to day operations of construction projects including mechanical and plumbing (M&P) projects with budged amounts over $400,000 from conception through the completion of the warranty period and responsible for the successful coordination and execution of all aspects of the project.Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Business or Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years construction project management experience required with specific Plumbing and Mechanical management experience preferred
- Good general knowledge of the construction process
- Experience with and awareness of contract process, terms, legal issues, scope, etc.
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Products, Solomon, and Microsoft Project
- Experience with and knowledge of blue prints and specifications related to mechanical construction
- Trade licenses are a plus
