</div><div>The Learning Experience – Billerica is seeking a <strong>Lead Toddler Teacher</strong> to lead our energetic and curious toddler classroom. This role focuses on building independence, language development, and social skills in a structured, play-based environment.<br><br>
</div><div>What You’ll Do<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Lead a toddler classroom (12–30 months) in a safe, engaging environment<br><br>
</li>
<li>Plan and implement activities that support language, motor, and social-emotional development<br><br>
</li>
<li>Guide daily routines including meals, diapering/toileting, transitions, and naps<br><br>
</li>
<li>Support early independence and classroom structure<br><br>
</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with families through daily communication<br><br>
</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant classroom<br><br>
</li>
<li>Follow all Massachusetts EEC health and licensing standards<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>Requirements<br><br>

<strong>MA Toddler Teacher certification required<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Experience leading or working in a toddler classroom required<br><br>
</li>
<li>ECE degree or coursework preferred<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of toddler development and DAP<br><br>
</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid preferred<br><br>
</li>
