</div><div>The Learning Experience – Billerica is seeking a <strong>certified Infant/Toddler Teacher</strong> to join our early childhood education team. Our infant and toddler classrooms provide a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children grow, explore, and reach important developmental milestones.<br><br>

</div><div>What You’ll Do<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Create a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate classroom for infants and toddlers<br><br>
</li>
<li>Implement age-appropriate activities that support sensory, motor, language, and social-emotional development<br><br>
</li>
<li>Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and play-based learning<br><br>
</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and updates<br><br>
</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment<br><br>
</li>
<li>Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality care<br><br>
</li>
<li>Follow all Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing regulations<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Massachusetts Infant/Toddler Teacher certification required<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>At least 6 months of experience working with infants or toddlers (1+ year preferred)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)<br><br>
</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements<br><br>
</li>
