</div><div>The Learning Experience – Billerica is seeking a <strong>Curriculum Specialist</strong> to support classroom excellence and instructional quality across our early childhood program. This leadership role is ideal for a <strong>Lead-certified educator</strong> who is passionate about curriculum implementation, teacher coaching, and elevating educational standards in a preschool and childcare setting.<br><br>
</div><div>As a Curriculum Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and leadership to ensure classrooms deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate, and high-quality learning experiences every day.<br><br>
</div><div>What You’ll Do<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Coach and mentor teachers on lesson planning, classroom structure, and best practices<br><br>
</li>
<li>Support consistent implementation of The Learning Experience curriculum across classrooms<br><br>
</li>
<li>Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback<br><br>
</li>
<li>Help ensure lesson plans align with developmental milestones and learning standards<br><br>
</li>
<li>Model best teaching practices and step into classrooms as needed<br><br>
</li>
<li>Support teacher training, onboarding, and ongoing professional development<br><br>
</li>
<li>Partner with leadership to maintain high educational standards and EEC compliance<br><br>
</li>
<li>Help prepare classrooms for inspections, reviews, and quality assessments<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Massachusetts Lead Teacher certification required<br></strong><br>
</li>
<li>Experience as a Lead Teacher or instructional leader in a preschool or childcare setting<br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of curriculum implementation and developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Excellent coaching, communication, and organizational skills<br><br>
</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid certification preferred<br><br>
</li>
<li>Must meet all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements<br><br>
</li>
