Responsible for Company compliance with all federal, state, and local privacy regulations in area of responsibility. Be a subject matter expert (SME) for privacy. Implement compliance programs for privacy laws and regulations as well as resolve associated challenges in a cost-effective manner with a goal of minimizing operational, legal, and fiscal impacts. Conduct privacy impact assessments and privacy by design reviews as required. Identify privacy risks and assist with the development of policies, procedures, and training to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, Integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
