About this role

Job Description

The Supply Planning Manager owns end-to-end supply planning and the IBP cycle to ensure the right balance between service, cost and cash. This role leads demand-supply alignment, inventory optimization, and scenario planning to enable profitable growth while protecting service levels and minimizing working capital. Partners closely with Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the IBP/Monthly S&OP cycle: drive supply review, reconciliation and executive review; ensure timely decisions and governance.
  • Translate demand plans into actionable supply plans across finished goods and key components, applying constraints, lead-times and capacity.
  • Balance service, cost and cash: optimize inventory and safety stock, reduce expediting and obsolescence, and manage working capital trade-offs.
  • Run scenario modelling and what-if analysis to support launch readiness, promotions, supply disruptions and capacity changes.
  • Set and monitor KPIs: service level (OTIF/fill rate), forecast accuracy, inventory days, cash-to-cash, cost-to-serve, and supply variance.
  • Lead continuous improvement in planning processes and systems; champion IBP tools and data integrity.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement: facilitate cross-functional trade-offs, escalate risks, and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Coach and develop planning team; ensure clear SOPs and cadence for IBP activities.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • 5+ years supply planning/IBP experience in FMCG or manufacturing;
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills; proficient with planning tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance service, cost and cash through trade-off decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and decision facilitation skills.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$104,200.00 - $130,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
