About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Marketing Intern to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. The Marketing Intern supports the Marketing team and is based in our Akmerkez Office. You’ll be working in a high-performing team- and be a part of lots of exciting adventures. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement marketing activities to achieve ambitious portfolio growth strategies- backed by global resources and learnings.

Required Skills

• Curious and show passion for consumers, eager to understand what insight is.

• Eager to identify drivers of current brand performance and consumer preference and to ensure the implementation of brand positioning in line with Key Brand Pillars.

• Keen to be a part of excellent communication campaigns, and you understand the dynamics of the most widely used communication platforms/ formats as the young generation. You are excited to work closely with different agencies (media – creative – PR) and the importance of a great brief.

• You wish to see how your contribution is in-store visibility plans by collaborating with the Category Team to execute excellent considering shopper and customer insights monitoring KPIS.

• You ensure all the activities related to communication are actualized in accordance with medium and long-term communication plans.

• You are open to internal and external cross-functional collaborations understanding what the role of the different partners is and what are their main needs.

What you bring

• 4th-year university student or fresh graduates from Economics, Business Administration or related fields from reputable universities

• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset together with strong planning and organizing skills

• A great team player

• A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively

• Eager to learn through experience

• Good use of MS Office programs

• Able to work as full-time at least 3 days in a week
