The Lead, Emerging Omni Capabilities role is responsible for leading the execution, measurement, and visibility of Kraft Heinz performance on the digital shelf. Key components of this role will be end-to-end ownership of the Perfect Screen product which measures key digital shelf health metrics, management of our partnership with a digital shelf data provider and creating action plans to address gaps in our wholistic search performance. Cross team collaboration and strong project management are critical components of this role to deliver strategic initiatives for the organization.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the Perfect Screen (digital shelf performance tracking) functional team to achieve targets for Search, Content, and Ratings & Reviews
    • Ensure clear measurement methodology for all Perfect Screen metrics is clearly communicated and actionable for relevant stakeholders
    • Partner with the Business Analytics team to ensure data quality routines and rituals around our Perfect Screen data
    • Set yearly targets and maintain clear, actionable, and accurate scorecards to allow for performance tracking throughout the year
    • Lead search, content, and rating and reviews action plans throughout the year to ensure target delivery
    • Integrate perfect screen into the proper systems including global programs like sales excellence management
       
  • Create wholistic search strategy for KHC
    • Own a clear paid and organic search strategy to ensure Kraft Heinz is winning on the right keywords with the right items
    • Develop and refresh search keyword lists by category to ensure media and content is driving search relevancy
    • Measure improvement of share of search and other search metrics from keyword list implementation to inform future decision making
    • Measure and improve search performance by partnering with Business Analytics, Media, Digital Shelf, and more
    • Embed a search performance routine in the broader eCommerce & Customer Management team
       
  • Train the organization on how to action and win the digital shelf
    • Facilitating yearly methodology and target setting trainings to ensure the ECM team is aware of changes to Perfect Screen
    • Clearly articulate how-to-win plans for all perfect screen metrics and overall search performance
    • Providing digital shelf & eCommerce expertise, best-practices and running trainings for the organization
    • Defining ways of working and DOCS for stakeholders, leaders, and functional teams
    • Developing executive leadership communications
    • Partner with customer teams to drive Joint Value Plans and find optimization/efficiencies

 

Qualifications

  • Passion for high performance and digital success
  • Ownership mentality, especially around performance, data, scorecarding, and trainings
  • Strong CPG experience in Sales, Category Leadership, Insights, or eCommerce
  • Strong Digital/eCommerce expertise and knowledge of the digital shelf, especially SEO
  • Strong project management skills and organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience building presentations with storytelling framework
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and/or experience in performance reporting/analytics
  • Possesses the ability to lead teams and effectively work through others
  • Motivated self-starter who can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$141,500.00 - $176,900.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
