About this role

Job Description

  • Manage, train, and develop inventory control team members
  • Oversee cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and reconcile data
  • Develop and implement procedures for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Generate weekly reports to monitor KPI’s, and use data to forecast needs and improve processes
  • Liaison with other departments (e.g. purchasing, operations, finance) and external suppliers
  • Lead materials improvement that relates to the overall cost savings plan for Kraft Heinz Champaign
  • Drive plant related productivity and improvements relating to productivity
  • Assist in the overall efficiency of the operation of the plant by monitoring inventories
  • Extend new materials to the plant, build and update Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Insider support for the plant – manage finished good inventory
  • TDC (Technical Data Coordinator) – ensure WMS and SAP match before cycle counts are posted
  • Promote a performance-based culture that encourages continuous improvement and leverage Environmental, Health and Safety management excellence
  • Perform other job-related duties as required

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$68,900.00 - $86,100.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
