About the Position

As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our external customer relationships, leading cross-functional teams of internal stakeholders, and growing the business within our core categories.

What you’ll do

  • Full P&L ownership of Heinz portfolios across either Retail or Away from Home channels with key delivery of top-line sales and profit for your categories
  • Managing relationships and building long-term partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Implementation of Kraft Heinz innovation projects & execution of in-store activation including the selling, negotiation and execution of all new products, concepts and commercial propositions
  • Ensure delivery of the Kraft Heinz financial KPIs of sales, profit, availability and forecasting through a joint business plan and collaborative forecasting
  • Management of the joint business plan or terms detailing specific objectives, strategies and tactics to deliver the defined business objectives
  • Responsible for the forecasting of the accounts utilizing sales data and market intelligence, to provide the business with a timely and accurate financial forecast

What you’ll need

  • Guideline 3+ years’ experience in account management roles within retail and proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering commercial results
  • Strong sales and negotiation capability, with experience influencing value-based outcomes
  • Interpersonal skills and high personal credibility to build relationships between external customers and internal functions to align requirements and resolve issues (ability to communicate, present and influence)
