Job Description

Job Purpose:

Employee will grade product at line speed and place in a box following specification. Employee will tape and place boxes product on a pallet according to accurate palletizing specifications. Employee will audit and check that the boxes match the product being sliced and the correct code date is on the box.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  •  Employee will be responsible for reject collection as well as reject classification and active participation in QCD team participation.
  •  Must, have ability of good communication skills and be able to be certified in the following courses, GMP, Koch labeler, PAC criteria, Food Safety.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs repetitively and other duties as assigned by supervisor or leader.

Expected Experience & Required Skills

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
