Responsibilities
Study design briefs and determine requirements.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements from the Marketing team.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas based on briefs within brand guidelines.
Lead cross-functional risk assessment meetings.
Develop and/or extract illustrations, logos, and other designs using design software.
Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
Amend designs based on feedback.
Follow manufacturers' instructions for pre-production alignment.
Maintain technical knowledge by attending internal workshops on design and brand guidelines.
Lead the development and amendment of artwork and minor POSM designs and content for all KHC brands.
Coordinate production briefs, proofs, and supplier handoffs to ensure designs are well-executed through to the final printed pack.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in applied arts or fine arts.
0–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign.
A compelling portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative projects.
Excellent eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Timeline-driven: sets clear deadlines, motivates cross-functional teams, and delivers projects on schedule.
Fluent in English.
Turkish is a plus.
