Responsibilities
● Configure SAP Ariba modules, including Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.
● Set up templates, workflows, approval processes, and business rules.
● Maintain catalogs, supplier profiles, and other master data.
● Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls in line with organizational policies.
● Monitor system performance and handle troubleshooting of technical issues.
● Perform regular system audits and data quality checks to ensure integrity and compliance.
● Work closely with the Ariba Product Team to implement enhancements and new features.
● Liaise with IT and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
● Support integrations between SAP Ariba and other systems (e.g., ERP, S/4HANA).
● Collaborate on data exchange processes and manage middleware settings.
● Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within the SAP Ariba ecosystem.
● Stay updated on SAP Ariba best practices, new releases, and updates to recommend enhancements.
● Develop and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and workflows. 1
● Train end-users and stakeholders on new features and functionalities
Qualifications
Must haves
● 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Ariba Administrator or similar role.
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
● Proficiency in configuring SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Procurement, Sourcing, or Contracts).
● Solid understanding of procurement processes.
● Experience with user management, workflow configurations, and catalog management.
● Familiarity with integration tools and techniques (e.g., SAP CPI, PI/PO, APIs). ● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
