Objetivo:
Responsável por atuar como parceira estratégica das áreas de negócio em temas de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional, promovendo iniciativas que fortaleçam a cultura, a performance e o engajamento. Garante a execução dos processos de gestão de pessoas, coordena ações de treinamento e desenvolvimento e conduz rotinas do Comitê de Gente, contribuindo diretamente para a evolução da liderança e para o desenvolvimento dos talentos da organização.

Requisitos:
Graduação em Psicologia, Administração, RH ou áreas afins.
Experiência prévia em DHO, treinamento e desenvolvimento e rotinas de gestão de pessoas.
Conhecimento de metodologias de avaliação de desempenho, PDI e mapeamento de talentos.
Domínio de ferramentas de apresentação e análise de dados (Excel, Power BI é diferencial).
Experiência na condução de treinamentos e workshops.
