Description
PSR Specialist – Full-Time, On-Site (M–F)
$18.50–$22.50/hour | 7.2 hours/day | No nights. No weekends.
Hands-on, group-based mental health work with some required documentation—completed during scheduled hours.
Support adults in an on-site psychosocial rehabilitation program through real-life skill building: group activities, meal planning & cooking, holiday projects, gardening, and structured daily routines. Learning happens by doing it together, with brief daily documentation to capture participation and progress.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 7:48 AM – 3:00 PM (7.2 paid hours/day)

Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field preferred
- Relevant experience in mental health, group facilitation, education, recreation, or community programs may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Clubhouse, Mental health or PSR experience a plus (training provided).
Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Word, Outlook, and basic computer competency. clinical work experience in a health care, residential, and/or acute care setting preferred
