Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to perform comprehensive medical evaluations. Our ideal candidate will conduct physical assessments, proficiently analyze data, and prepare a report that will be used as part of the process to evaluate the disabled individual’s application for Social Security benefits. This position is three days per week on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Medical Evaluations: Perform in-depth speech and language assessments for children and adults. This includes evaluations such as CELF, PLS, Goldman, CREVT, and Preschool.
  • Diagnostic Interpretation: Analyze and interpret diagnostic tests and medical data.
  • Report Writing: Create a comprehensive medical report including accurate and complete descriptions of the applicant’s condition(s).
 
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is a plus.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the respective state.
  • Proficient in testing children.
