Site Manager – Clinical Research (Onsite)

Location: Manhattan, NY

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience)
IMA Clinical Research is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Manhattan clinical research site. This hands-on leadership role oversees clinical trials, ensures regulatory compliance, manages site financials, and supervises clinical research staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise Clinical Research staff, ensuring GCP, FDA, and protocol compliance
  • Oversee daily site operations, including study start-up, participant visits, and trial execution
  • Manage study budgets, income/expense tracking, and operational reporting
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate research staff
  • Implement SOPs and quality control processes in collaboration with leadership

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Site-level clinical research experience
  • 2–5 years of site management or leadership experience
Preferred:
  • Master’s degree
  • RN, NP, or PA-C license
  • SoCRA CCRP certification
