About this role

Job Summary: 
Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional looking for an opportunity to make an impact? Join our team as a Customer Services Representative, where you will play a key role in providing product and service information while resolving client inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. 
Pay: $20/hour 
This position is not considering candidates from New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, or Washington states at this time.   
Job Responsibilities:  
  • Schedule and coordinate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), including selecting the appropriate Provider based upon injuries, specialty required, and location.  
  • Handle a high volume of incoming emails and calls from clients, attorneys, and claimants. 
  • Coordinate transportation and translation services as needed. 
  • Drafting and reviewing client cover letters for the IME physician.  
  • Following up on IME report status. 
  • Maintain confidentiality and securely manage claimant information. 
  • Address and resolve client concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary. 
Qualifications:  
  • High School Diploma required.  
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.  
  • Strong phone communication, email communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.  
  • Customer-focused approach with adaptability to different personalities.  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
