LPN or RN Clinical Research Coordinator – Vaccine Administration (NYC)
IMA Clinical Research is urgently seeking an LPN or RN Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in New York City. This role supports vaccine-related clinical studies and includes hands-on clinical care along with standard research coordination responsibilities.
Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually (based on licensure and experience)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer vaccines in accordance with study and clinical protocols
- Perform phlebotomy and collect biological samples as required by study protocols
- Ensure participant safety and accurate clinical procedures
- Perform standard clinical research coordination duties, including subject visits, data collection, and documentation
- Maintain accurate source documentation and study records in compliance with GCP guidelines
- Communicate effectively with study participants, investigators, and research team members
- Follow all safety, regulatory, and infection-control guidelines
- Assist with additional duties and flexible scheduling as needed
Qualifications:
- Active LPN or RN license (required)
- Phlebotomy experience required
- Vaccine preparation and administration experience required
- 1+ year of clinical research experience preferred (or equivalent experience)
