LPN or RN Clinical Research Coordinator – Vaccine Administration (NYC)

IMA Clinical Research is urgently seeking an LPN or RN Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in New York City. This role supports vaccine-related clinical studies and includes hands-on clinical care along with standard research coordination responsibilities.

 

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually (based on licensure and experience)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and administer vaccines in accordance with study and clinical protocols
  • Perform phlebotomy and collect biological samples as required by study protocols
  • Ensure participant safety and accurate clinical procedures
  • Perform standard clinical research coordination duties, including subject visits, data collection, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate source documentation and study records in compliance with GCP guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with study participants, investigators, and research team members
  • Follow all safety, regulatory, and infection-control guidelines
  • Assist with additional duties and flexible scheduling as needed

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN or RN license (required)
  • Phlebotomy experience required
  • Vaccine preparation and administration experience required
  • 1+ year of clinical research experience preferred (or equivalent experience)
