Job Summary:  
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced bilingual Nurse Case Manager to support individuals with work-related injuries. This position is three-quarter time (approximately 30 hours per week) with the potential to progress to full-time based on business needs and performance.
 
 The ideal candidate will conduct consultative exams, assessing both physical and psychological aspects without administering medical treatment. Our team of providers manages evaluations, screenings, and case management for Insurance Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities, and Employers.
 
   
Responsibilities:  
  • Deliver tailored services for individuals affected by work-related injuries.
  • Work closely with physicians and claims adjusters to craft efficient and budget-friendly treatment strategies.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with our client base.
  • Act as an essential liaison connecting patients with their healthcare providers.
   
Qualifications:
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or higher-level nursing degree.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Bilingual proficiency required
  • CCM (Certified Case Manager) credential preferred.
  • Proven clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, and/or Neurology.
  • Experience in Workers’ Compensation Nurse Case Management preferred.
