The job holder is responsible for the effective administration of daily operations across various facilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products to enhance customer experiences. The job holder contributes to service excellence and member engagement while achieving business performance and key performance indicators. Key functions include leading and supervising the team to deliver the facilities services effectively and cost efficiently, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and coordinating activities or programmes of facilities usage.
主要职责
- Supervise the team and maintain facilities to ensure high standards of condition and service quality, enhancing the customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Conduct research and analyze usage statistics to recommend improvements for programs and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with club standards and standard operating procedures, providing training to staff as necessary.
- Implement safety measures in accordance with club guidelines to protect members and guests.
- Assist in managing departmental budgets and monitor expenses to meet set targets.
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff performance, addressing any irregularities with supervisors.
- Conduct periodic compliance checks to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
- Support annual planning activities, including asset reviews and budget preparation.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Bachelor degree in Recreation Management, Facility Management, or a related discipline.

经历
- A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in recreation, facility management, or property management.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a managerial role within the leisure, recreation, or facility management sectors.
