The Division

The Membership and Customer Excellence (MCE) Division is responsible for delivering world-class experiences and deepening engagement across all customer segments.  The team oversees operations of clubhouses, racecourses, and Off-Course Betting Branches (OCBBs), while enhancing member and owner value propositions and promoting interest in horse ownership and equestrian sports.  It leads the Club’s customer experience strategy cross digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring consistency, agility, and excellence.  The Division also manages data strategy and governance to build a unified view of customers, enabling more personalised and impactful interactions.

The Department

Digital Experience and Innovation Department role is to build, cultivate and expand the digital ecosystem.  This involves acquiring and engaging customers, particularly focusing on acquisition and activation, wagering interest cultivation, fostering loyalty, and mitigating customer churn through the digital touch points and platforms.

The Job

You will:

  • Provide design and operational support to the Club’s various digital channels, including banner design, PDF and eDM development
  • Assist in design and deliver the best possible digital customer experience across the Club’s range of digital channels
  • Participate in and provide assistance in testing stage of different digital related projects when necessary
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

About You

You should have: 

  • At least a minimum of Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects including English Language in HKDSE
  • Knowledge of using digital product and mobile application operation
  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and more) or other design software will be an advantage
  • Demonstrates a keen eye for aesthetics, with a strong grasp of visual hierarchy, color theory, and contemporary design trends
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated mindset with sense of responsibilities
  • Available for flexible hours of service

 

Terms of Employment:

Pay-rate: HK$86 per hour

 

Working Schedule:

10:00am-7:00pm (Monday - Friday) for 1-3 days per week

*Actual working hours may vary based on operational needs, with a maximum of 8 working hours per shift
