Job Summary

We are seeking a two proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Interns to join our team for Summer 2026. This role offers hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including research, data analysis, content creation, and campaign support. You’ll gain exposure to real-world projects and learn how different marketing functions work together to drive results. Hillman Group is committed to pay transparency. The hourly rate for the Marketing Internship is $25.01 CAD

 

Essential Job Functions *

 

  • Collect and analyze marketing data (e.g., campaign performance, customer behavior, website traffic).
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks for marketing projects.
  • Help create and proofread marketing materials, emails, social media posts, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
  • Help manage and update the company’s CRM, content calendar, and analytics dashboards.

Education & Experience

 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or recent graduate).
  • Previous internship or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

 

Competencies – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • List any additional knowledge, skills and abilities required plus additional competencies.
