Summary:

The entire Retail team must understand and implement the standards and the vision of The Gulf, while following all directives of all Store Management.  All associates are responsible for delivering the highest quality standards and service at all times.  Associates are responsible for daily operational procedures and are responsible for merchandising and recovery in accordance with company specs and timing standards. Associates are responsible for following Company Brand Standards at all times. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Merchandising- setting planograms, filling sales floor, purging backstock
• Confirms products are put on sales floor properly and in a timely manner.
• Arranges product according to planogram specifications.
• Performs price change, clean & bright, functionality and janitorial duties.
• Selling, on the floor active selling with guests that walk in the door

Additional Duties & Responsibilities: 

• To uphold the Values and Mission Statement while performing positional responsibilities and adhering to company policies and procedures, as stated in the Employee Handbook.  
• Report to work on time and in proper uniform
• Follow direction of manager
• Demonstrate and promote the company culture, always positively representing our brand
• Embrace teamwork within the retail store, creating a positive work environment.
• Treat every guest, partner and vendor with respect and dignity.
• Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization are maintained in the retail store at all times, without exception.   
• Ensuring that any and all company checklists are followed at all times.  
• Follow all retail safety procedures.
• Work in a clean and organized fashion and complete Daily and Detail Recovery
