Sr. Lead Operator (Night Shift)

About this role
What you'll do each day:
- Direct packaging functions of assigned equipment center.
- Provide guidance and troubleshoot equipment in assigned work center.
- Ensure correct and timely completion of all necessary production paperwork.
- Train and develop new operators to efficiently and safely operate equipment.
- Ensure quality and food safety GMPs are adhered to.
- Assist Team Lead in covering task assignments for machine operators.
- Communicate any necessary shift changes or machine issues occurring.
- Execute any projects as expected in a timely manner.
- Be an positive team member and participate in process improvements, quality, and initiatives.
- Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.
- Follow all Food Safety guidelines, but not limited to:
- GMP’s
- Allergen Program
- Quality
- Sanitation
- Safety
- SQF
- Additional duties and various projects as needed.

Qualifications
Shift Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:15 am
Shift Days: Sunday - Thursday
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum three years’ experience in a production facility

- Starting wage $24.00 / hour (commensurate with experience and location). *Note that rate could change based on shift schedule.)
