About this role

What you'll do each day:

  • Direct packaging functions of assigned equipment center.
  • Provide guidance and troubleshoot equipment in assigned work center.
  • Ensure correct and timely completion of all necessary production paperwork.
  • Train and develop new operators to efficiently and safely operate equipment.
  • Ensure quality and food safety GMPs are adhered to.
  • Assist Team Lead in covering task assignments for machine operators.
  • Communicate any necessary shift changes or machine issues occurring.
  • Execute any projects as expected in a timely manner.
  • Be an positive team member and participate in process improvements, quality, and initiatives.
  • Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.
  • Follow all Food Safety guidelines, but not limited to:
  • GMP’s
  • Allergen Program
  • Quality
  • Sanitation
  • Safety
  • SQF
  • Additional duties and various projects as needed.

Qualifications

Shift Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:15 am
Shift Days:  Sunday - Thursday

 

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a production facility

  • Starting wage $24.00 / hour (commensurate with experience and location). *Note that rate could change based on shift schedule.)
