About this role

Job Title: Residential DSP – Cove Center

Schedule: Part-Time 1st & 2nd shift

$1000.00 Sign-On Bonus

Excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of adults with autism and other developmental disabilities!

Become a part of the Cove Center, a program that serves adults in Rhode Island with autism and developmental disabilities, offering ongoing education, experiences and a supportive staff that emphasizes the individuals' role in making choices; thereby giving them the greatest control of the direction of their own life.  This position provides supervision to clients in a group home setting.  DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager, and more!

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • High School diploma.
  • Computer skills: intermediate proficiency.
  • Must have a valid driver's license (in good standing) for at least three years and insured auto.
  • 3+ years of experience with working with individuals who have autism and developmental disabilities is required.
