Role Overview:
The client is looking for two experienced "Hospitality Sales Executive" - HORECA to drive business growth within the UAE hotel sector. The ideal candidates will have strong business development skills, excellent relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to represent a premium beverage brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and onboard hotels across the UAE to introduce premium Matcha.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B managers, chefs, and procurement teams.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and tastings.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market penetration within the hotel sector.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- 3–5 years of outdoor sales experience within the hotel sector (F&B, luxury beverages, or hospitality supplies).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Professional appearance, confidence, and relationship-building abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across hotel properties.
- Passion for premium beverages and healthy products is an advantage.
- Competitive salary: 10-15K AED + Incentives + benefits as per Labor Law and internal policy. (Salary Negotaible - Depending on Experience)
