What You'll Do
You will monitor, analyze and report energy/utilities consumption and other relevant data on a regular basis, benchmarking plant performance with similar plants and best in class facilities. Recommend detailed improvement strategies based on energy audits.
You will continuously review/evaluate chronic energy loss improvement programs (i.e. leak detection and correction programs, steam trap management program, optimum condensate return program). Optimize programs to ensure cost effectiveness.
You will drive the inttegration of Energy workstream with Plant Optimization.
You will investigate production processes and practices, identify energy conservation opportunities, develop action plan, follow through on implementation and audit results.
