What You’ll Do

• Support and lead the implementation of new technologies within the department.

• Contribute to the development and manufacture of high-quality products and processes.

• Help define project goals that align with business objectives and customer needs.

• Translate product requirements into experimental data, design parameters, or technical insights.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring new product technologies to market.

• Explore technical challenges thoughtfully, seeking practical and effective solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (a Master’s degree is welcomed and valued).

• A practical understanding of science and technology within your discipline.

• Comfort with statistical design and analysis, including cause-and-effect thinking and risk assessment.

• An organized, logical approach to completing work using existing technologies and standard methods.

• Strong foundational skills in communication, experimentation, and collaboration, with a desire to grow and learn.
