In this role, you’ll play a meaningful part in bringing new technologies and products to life. Working on projects of moderate complexity and contributing to more complex initiatives alongside experienced teammates you’ll help turn ideas into practical, high-quality solutions. Your curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn will support innovation, strengthen our processes, and help our teams deliver products that meet real business and customer needs.
Support and lead the implementation of new technologies within the department.
Contribute to the development and manufacture of high-quality products and processes.
Help define project goals that align with business objectives and customer needs.
Translate product requirements into experimental data, design parameters, or technical insights.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring new product technologies to market.
Explore technical challenges thoughtfully, seeking practical and effective solutions.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (a Master’s degree is welcomed and valued).
A practical understanding of science and technology within your discipline.
Comfort with statistical design and analysis, including cause-and-effect thinking and risk assessment.
An organized, logical approach to completing work using existing technologies and standard methods.
Strong foundational skills in communication, experimentation, and collaboration, with a desire to grow and learn.
