Why This Role Matters:

This role supports and manages the business unit planning cycle by analyzing demand, pricing, product and customer mix, and key drivers to ensure planning accuracy. It contributes to S&OP processes, consolidates HUB inputs, oversees pricing tools and approvals, and drives continuous improvement in forecasting, compliance, and performance tracking.

What You'll Do

  • Support and manage the BU planning cycle in terms of demand assumptions, pricing position vs competition, MDP, R&O’s. Establish a 50-50 mindset within the planning cycle from a HUB stand point. Analyse and validate product mix, customer mix, phasing’s and other key drivers to support the Business Planning Accuracy    

  • Contribute to the S&OP requirements in terms of content delivery and continuous improvement. Consolidate the input into the HUB view to prepare and organize meetings (e.g. Plan sufficiency, demand sign-off)

  • Analyze volume and mix opportunities based on current and past performance
    Analyze Competitive net/net positioning in a legally compliant manner. Interpret Sales and SOM changes to forecast pricing and volume monthly landing

  • Manage Prima and any other pricing tool or Project to develop Pricing area : dashboard, price list approval  and usage        

  • Local SIP tracking

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field

  • Relevant working experience in Sales and Operations (with strong focus on analytics)

  • Previous working experience in driving alignment across multiple functions / geographies is a must

  • Experience in Sales or Supply Chain is an asset 

  • Very strong analytical skills, with excellent communication skills

  • Excellent Excel skills

  • Fluent in English (any other language is an asset)
