Why This Role Matters

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to manage and optimize our selling, general, and administrative (SAG) expenses. You will analyze costs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions. Responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting, preparing and communicating financial reports, and collaborating with stakeholders across departments. You will also drive process improvements and ensure compliance with expense policies, helping the organization operate efficiently and make data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Analyzes and monitors the organization's selling, general, and administrative expenses to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. Goes beyond consolidation by performing variance analysis, providing clear commentary on main drivers of deviations, and offering actionable recommendations to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas of improvement.

  • Collaborates with finance and other relevant departments to develop budgets and forecasts for SAG, interpret financial information on costs, prepare monthly reports to management and budget owners. Acts as a trusted business partner by delivering insights to senior management and business leaders.

  • Coordinates and consolidates reports across cluster finance teams, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Prepares clear presentations and communicates financial results and insights effectively to local stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.

  • Develops and implements processes and guidelines related to SAG (e.g. expense reimbursement policies, travel guidelines, procurement policies, etc.). Continuously improves the efficiency of forecasting, reporting, and tracking processes, and contributes to ongoing FP&A SAG initiatives.

  • Works closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges related to SAG. Provides guidance, challenges assumptions, and facilitates discussions to drive cost-conscious and performance-oriented decisions across the organization.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of progressively more responsible of cross functional experience in various financial roles, including both corporate and operational finance (FP&A experience is preferred)

  • Experienced with SAP and finance reporting tools, advanced in Excel and Power BI for financial modeling, analysis, and automation.

  • Process-oriented finance professional with strong accounting knowledge (local, US GAAP, IFRS) and expertise in P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow analysis, skilled at optimizing workflows and driving efficiency.

  • Experienced in Finance business partnering and a demonstrated understanding of sales and marketing operations

  • Ability to lead teams through processes and projects improvements - focused on getting groups “on board” with new processes and techniques

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field. Recognized accounting qualification, i.e. ACCA, CIMA, ACA.-nice to have) 

  • Fluent in English
