Why This Role Matters

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to act as a subject matter expert and take ownership of complex Accounts Payable processes across assigned countries or regions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely payments, strong controls, and compliance with policies, while supporting month-end activities, cash forecasting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partnering closely with Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders, the role drives operational excellence, process optimization, and reliable financial outcomes within the Accounts Payable function.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership and resolve complex technical issues related to various Accounts Payable areas in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

  • Act as AP Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned country/hub/region, providing technical and process expertise to various business stakeholders, functions and Accounts Payable GO team.

  • Support the delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payment processing, manage payment proposals, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment issues efficiently

  • Perform vendor reconciliations, manage outstanding balances, support annual confirmations, and drive closure of complex issues with internal teams and vendors

  • Prepare and consolidate the monthly global cash forecast report, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business activities.

  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable, manage ad-hoc requests and projects, act as control owner for SOX and operational controls, and support internal and external audits

  • Partner with Procurement, Accounting, and Finance to enhance AP processes, provide AP and VIM expertise, support operational calls and knowledge sharing, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain up-to-date SOPs

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3-years’ experience in Accounts Payable end to end process with high volume transaction in BPO/Shared service environment.

  • Strong AP knowledge required; experience with SAP/ERP payables systems; experience in AP process automation and system solutions is a plus

  • Experience with account reconciliations and settlements, with strong AP process knowledge and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communications skills, both oral and written, required to resolve issues and enforce policy where required; must be comfortable in interacting with others.

  • Proficient in computer applications with intermediate Excel; proactive, detail- and results-oriented

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships in an intercultural environment, and maintain accuracy with strong attention to detail
