You drive 20% the progress and effectiveness of methodology application for each pillar implementation against the master plan. In partnership with plant optimization specialists and pillar leaders, you develop contingency or recovery plans to improve plant KPIs and deliver business results. You also lead gap closure activities based on PO maturity assessments when needed.

As part of capability development, you provide training, coaching, and advisory support to build problem‑solving skills throughout the plant. You ensure the proper execution of the FI pillar—from business alignment and target setting, through loss analysis and prioritization, to the correct application of improvement tools—creating sustainable results in a continuous improvement cycle.
You conduct 10% pillar audits to ensure adherence to the methodology and actively participate in the plant’s Daily Management System (DMS) to sustain improvement gains.
