About this role

The role will manage and maintain accurate customer and vendor master data, including validating supplier bank details and preparing documentation for key processes. The role involves extracting and analyzing master data for stakeholders, resolving issues, and supporting data uploads, cleansing, and related projects. Additionally, you will drive process improvements and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • You are responsible for the accurate and timely creation and update of customer and vendor master data.

  • You conduct validation and verification calls to suppliers to validate the bank information received.

  • You create and prepare up-to-date documentation (procedures, manuals, templates, system settings) concerning the key activities of master data management.

  • You prepare master data extraction needed by different business stakeholders.

  • You initially provide analysis and investigation on master data issues and recommend solutions.

  • You participate in the master data uploading and cleansing activities.

  • You contribute to master data projects (Testing, Training, etc.).

  • You contribute to idea generation regarding process improvements.

  • You initiate and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or any equivalent course.

  • You are knowledgeable in data management and SAP modules.

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a business data role.

  • You have a detailed understanding of the company's business areas, their functions, and their objectives, relating that to associated data structures.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office platforms (Expert in Excel, Visio, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint).

  • You are amenable to working in a Mid Shift and Hybrid setup.

  • You are able to detect inaccuracies and lead problem resolution.

  • You have query and reporting experience.
