Roles & Responsibilities:
- To ensure Reliability of Tire Building Equipment's through PM, PdM and breakdown maintenance activities by implementing GPS - RE methodology.
- Responsible for driving a crew of mechanical technician, Asst Manager Mechanical, Senior Officer Mechanical.
- Analysis of shift breakdown through why and RCFA.
- Implementation of good Countermeasures on breakdown.
- Shift management of mechanical team.
- Able to achieve reliability goals by improvement in MTTR & MTBF.
- Coordination within the Business Center with production and quality team to achieve plant's goal.
- Identity obsolete equipment's parts and its plan to upgrade.
- Repeated issues analysis and improvement activities
Responsible for waste controls, spare parts management & engineering cost control. - Carry out planned maintenance and predictive maintenance activities.
- Ability to handle project work especially upgrade of tire building machines.
- Must have good knowledge of VMI tire building machines and Steelastic cutter machines.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with min experience of 13 - 15 years in tire building area.
- Must have good knowledge of VMI tire building machines and Steelastic cutter machines.
