About this role
You collaborate with global, regional, and local leadership to develop and define FI (Focused Improvement) plans that emphasize key performance factors such as loss reduction, process stabilization, waste elimination, cycle‑time reduction, and productivity improvement. (35%)
You lead the plant FI resources (FI Specialists, FI Experts, Black Belts, and Green Belts) to ensure the FI plans are executed effectively and objectives are achieved. You specifically ensure that all time commitments are met. (35%)
You utilize PCCMT to identify gaps and productivity‑improvement opportunities, working closely with the FI department to eliminate gaps, enhance productivity, and contribute measurable gains to the bottom line. (10%)
You determine factory manning levels and assess changes in manpower requirements based on ticket fluctuations and overall plant capacity. (10%)
You drive the creation and ongoing maintenance of engineered standards (or time studies where applicable), routings, and work‑center assignments. (10%)
