As an IE/FI Specialist you’ll support manufacturing performance by leading improvement and capacity projects across the plant. You’ll ensure time standards, capacity, and staffing are aligned with customer demand while driving productivity and layout improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Lead improvement and capacity projects across the plant.

• Analyze requirement versus capacity and capability (RvsCC).

• Drive productivity, staffing optimization, and plant layout improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years' Experience in manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.

• Knowledge of time standards, capacity analysis, and workforce planning.

• Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving tools (Kaizen, DMAIC, A3).

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Intermediate English proficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.

What Will Set You Apart

• Six Sigma tools or certification.

• Experience with SAP, Minitab, or Microsoft Project.

• Value Stream Mapping experience.

• Experience in tire manufacturing.

• Advanced English proficiency.
