The Employee Relations Analyst Sr will lead the management of employee relations and talent development for the operational workforce, driving the Continuous Skill Development (CSD) strategy. This role oversees recruitment, selection, training, development, and documentation processes while ensuring compliance with Colombian labor regulations.
It designs and implements learning, onboarding, and certification programs that build internal capabilities and support talent retention.
The position also enhances the workplace environment through continuous improvement initiatives and alignment with organizational objectives.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and temporary positions, ensuring complete documentation, legal compliance, and adherence to required profiles and timelines.
Manage and monitor the regulated SENA apprenticeship quota, ensuring proper onboarding and compliance with current regulations.
Design, coordinate, and evaluate induction, training, and development programs for operational staff based on business needs and performance indicators.
Maintain ongoing communication with operational personnel to identify needs, address concerns, and support well-being and development initiatives.
Collaborate with area leaders to update job descriptions and manage proper documentation and traceability of changes to operational role profiles.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations across all processes, and prepare periodic reports analyzing recruitment, turnover, training, and development metrics to recommend improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years in roles related to operational workforce management, recruitment, and development.
Strong knowledge of Colombian labor legislation, experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and hiring processes, proven ability to design and execute training programs, and solid skills in KPI management and reporting.
