As a Customer Service Engineer, you will lead customer service operations in your work area for both Consumer and Farm customers. You'll handle customer complaints from OE and Replacement customers with professionalism and care. You will maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and trust. You will also train the channel on processes and tyre technology, empowering them with knowledge and skills and will support OE and dealers on sales and service activities, driving customer satisfaction and business success.

  Key Responsibility Areas

• You coordinate with customers for warranty handling within the set turnaround and response times.
• You apply your technical knowledge of tire functioning, manufacturing, and field conditions to resolve issues.
• You collaborate with the Business and Service teams to build synergy and alignment.
• You report to the Regional Manager on daily warranty handling and MIS.
• You work closely with the Field Engineering team on mileage surveys, new condition developments, and other warranty-related matters.
• You conduct root cause analysis and resolve field concerns effectively.
• You keep track of the latest competitive policies, products, and technology developments for benchmarking.
• You conduct fleet tests and follow up with customers on new development projects.
• You develop strong business relationships with the Replacement channel and OEM workshops by providing excellent and timely customer service support.
• You conduct mileage surveys, support campaigns, and promote tire safety and maintenance awareness.

Experience

• You bring 4–6 years of work experience.
• You have exposure to tire service operations or OE workshop experience on parts/service side.
