About this role

Como Sales Coordinator, tendrás un rol activo apoyando las estrategias comerciales alineadas al Annual Operating Plan (AOP) y al Sales Operating Model (SOM). ¿Qué harás?

  • Apoyar la ejecución de los planes comerciales y de marketing para las líneas Consumer y/o Commercial.

  • Coordinar actividades comerciales con clientes y distribuidores para el cumplimiento de los objetivos mensuales y anuales.

  • Apoyar en la elaboración de propuestas comerciales, asegurando rentabilidad y valor para el cliente.

  • Dar seguimiento a la correcta implementación de políticas comerciales y actividades de marketing en punto de venta.

  • Apoyar el análisis de mercado y competencia dentro del territorio asignado.

  • Coordinar iniciativas de marketing con distribuidores para apoyar el crecimiento de la participación de mercado.

  • Apoyar la planeación de la demanda y el forecast de ventas en coordinación con el equipo comercial.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Licenciatura o equivalente (Ingeniería, Administración o carrera afín).

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en roles comerciales, ventas o coordinación.

  • Habilidades sólidas de organización, planeación y seguimiento.

  • Buena comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.

  • Enfoque al cliente y orientación a resultados.

  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades en un entorno dinámico.

¿Qué te hará destacar?

  • Experiencia en coordinación comercial o ventas en campo.

  • Conocimiento de la industria de llantas.

  • Experiencia en SAP u otros sistemas ERP.

  • Habilidad analítica y atención al detalle.

  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma transversal con ventas, marketing y operaciones.
