As an Accounting Specialist Sr, you will support the Warehouse (WH) team and Controllership Team to ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. You will also take care of costing of finished goods, raw materials, and work-in-process; financial statement closing; and maintain effective internal controls compliant with SOX, company policies, US GAAP, and local GAAP.

What You'll Do

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and monthly/quarterly/year‑end closing

• Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP, Local GAAP, company policies, and SOX internal controls.

• Oversee and supervise Intercompany and Accounts Payable transactions.

• Provide detailed financial analysis, account reviews, and timely reporting to leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in finance processes, systems, and accounting tools.

• Support audits (internal and external) and collaborate cross‑functionally with local and regional teams.

What We’re Looking For 

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or general accounting in multinational companies.

• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• MBA in Finance.

• Proven track record of achieving measurable business goals.

• Strong understanding of NIF and U.S. GAAP.

• Experience with complex accounting transactions and SOX compliance.

• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.

• Strong consulting and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand and communicate the business impact of accounting decisions.

• Knowledge of consolidation, factory operations, supply chain, and logistics processes.
