Working Hours: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm 

SIGN ON BONUS: $500 - after 1 year of employment.

Primary Purpose:

As a Truss Builder, your primary responsibility will be to ensure quality and accuracy while building trusses. 

To achieve this, you will:

• Prioritize Safety: Follow safety procedures and use appropriate tools to ensure a secure working environment.
• Inspect and Maintain: Regularly inspect equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Detail-oriented: Carry out assigned duties with diligence and unwavering attention to detail.

• Operate Machinery: Run trusses through roller machines efficiently.
