Assistant Inventory Control Specialist

Evergreen Market is looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Inventory Control Specialist to join our South Renton team. You'll work closely with vendors and the store team to ensure accurate product accounting, inventory control, and compliance, while embodying our values of Community, Respect, Integrity, and Passion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the intake and management of all shipments from Producers/Processors to ensure order accuracy and proper system entry.
• Maintain compliance with LCB (Liquor and Cannabis Board) regulations.
• Perform weekly audits, as directed by the Inventory Control Specialist.
• Support store operations by executing standard procedures, assisting with supplies, and stepping in to help with customer service as needed.
• Maintain and organize product manifests, test results, and documentation.
• Manage display cases, including pricing, signage, and merchandising expectations.
• Foster a culture of engagement by listening to feedback from leaders, associates, and customers.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment for employees, customers, and products.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of retail sales experience.
• 1 year of inventory management experience (e.g., Expeditor or higher).
• Comfortable working in a physical environment with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, twist, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail business systems (POS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
• Weekend, evening, night, and holiday availability as needed.
• Passion for the cannabis industry and providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and willing to submit to a background check.
• Retail cannabis experience is preferred.

Starting Wage:

$20.57 to $22.00 an hour, plus tips
