Join Our Team as a Software Delivery Specialist!

TEA is seeking a Software Delivery Specialist to support the delivery, deployment, and reliability of software applications across the organization. This role partners closely with Software Engineers, Release Engineers, and Quality Assurance to ensure software is built, tested, deployed, and monitored efficiently and reliably.

The Software Delivery Specialist plays a key role in automating development processes, maintaining infrastructure resources, and supporting production environments, helping ensure that TEA’s software solutions meet organizational standards for quality, performance, and operational readiness.

What You’ll Do

  • Deploy and support software applications across development, test, and production environments.

  • Create, maintain, and manage infrastructure resources that support application delivery and performance.

  • Monitor application health, availability, and performance, ensuring issues are identified and resolved quickly.

  • Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure delivered software meets organizational standards, including support for automated testing.

  • Automate development, build, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

  • Administer and support IT and delivery tools used across the software lifecycle.

  • Provide production support, troubleshooting issues and assisting with incident resolution as needed.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve delivery workflows and operational practices.

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed an Information Technology–related program at a college or university.

  • Associate’s degree in a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 1–2 years of experience in software delivery, IT operations, or a related technical role (preferred).

  • Strong interest in software delivery, automation, and infrastructure support.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple initiatives in a team-based environment.

  • Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience with application deployment, monitoring, or automation tools.

  • Familiarity with build pipelines, CI/CD concepts, or infrastructure management.

  • Technical certifications are a plus but not required.
