That’s why our teams are comprised of compassionate, dedicated professionals from a variety of backgrounds who collaborate to provide the very best evidence-based care for our clients at all levels of care.&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p> <p>As a Registered Dietitian, you will have the opportunity to oversee and provide optimal nutrition therapy to a case load of clients. You will develop care plans by conducting nutrition assessments, monitoring on-going medical conditions, and through collaboration with the other members of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will work directly with patients and their families providing support and nutritional education.</p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full-time, 32 hours/week</li> <li>Monday-Thursday, 8am-3pm</li> <li>Friday, 9:30am-1:30pm</li> <li>PHP Adult and Young Adult Program&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>How Registered Dietitians Empower Recovery:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conducts nutrition assessments for all assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and in compliance with all regulatory standard</li> <li>Provides individualized nutrition therapy to all assigned patients.</li> <li>Conducts nutrition assessments for all assigned patients in accordance with policy and procedures and in compliance with all regulatory standards.</li> <li>Provides group nutrition education as assigned.</li> <li>Supports plating and provides active meal coaching/support for clients in Therapeutic Supported Meals as assigned.</li> <li>Contributes to multidisciplinary case conceptualization and treatment planning.</li> <li>Provides nutrition specific transition/aftercare planning for all patients including communication with internal and external dietitians to ensure coordination of care.</li> <li>Documents all nutrition care in a clear, concise, and professional manner using the EHR, in compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Registered Dietitian credential required.</li> <li>Current license in the state of employment (when a state has licensure for dietitians) required</li> <li>ServSafe Food Handler certification required</li> <li>Additional food safety certification as required by the state or municipality</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>What we offer:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Employee Benefits:</strong> We understand the importance of a well-rounded benefits package.
