We create value for our tenants and partners by developing sustainable residential and commercial properties in which people live, work, and thrive.</p></div><p><strong>Overview:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking four (3) Night Light Duty Cleaner for our Building Services team at One World Trade Center. Candidates will create a positive experience by providing superior customer service to building tenants and guests.&nbsp; Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, ensuring that designated areas are always clean and well organized. The work shifts and posts needed:</p> <ul> <li>Monday - Friday from 5:00pm - 12:30am (Saturday and Sunday off) - <strong>Floors 62 and 61</strong></li> <li>Monday - Friday from 5:00pm - 12:30am (Saturday and Sunday off) - <strong>Floater</strong></li> <li>Monday - Friday from 5:00pm - 12:30am (Saturday and Sunday off) -<strong> Floors 70 and 69</strong></li> </ul> <p>Additionally, this position would be eligible for overtime for all hours actually worked, consistent with the Local 32BJ Collective Bargaining Agreement. Please note that wages are subject to tax withholdings and other applicable deductions.</p> <p>This position is a Local 32BJ union position and will be based at One World Trade Center.&nbsp;</p> <p>Salary Range: $24.036 - $32.048 per hour.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Empty wastebaskets by thoroughly damp wiping in/out. Collected rubbish must be placed in designated area for removal.</li> <li>Dust and wipe clean all furniture (vertical and horizontal surfaces), equipment, telephones, and windowsills.</li> <li>Dust baseboards, chair rails, picture frames, and doors within reach.</li> <li>Remove finger marks and smudges from all office entrance doors, light switches, door frames and all interior glass (except windows).</li> <li>Vacuum all carpeted areas, sweep and/or damp mop all hard floor surfaces nightly.</li> <li>Dust all doors and ventilating louvers within reach.</li> <li>Maintain janitor closet to standard level and ensure that all assigned equipment is clean.</li> <li>Turn off all lights and secure all doors that are scheduled to be locked upon completion of cleaning.</li> <li>Report to your immediate supervisor of anything that not working properly or malfunctioning.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><u>Pantry Maintenance:</u></p> <p>Includes cleaning all vertical and horizontal surfaces and cleaning microwave and refrigerator, if directed. Thoroughly sweep and damp mop floor.</p> <p><u>Clean Lavatories</u></p> <p>Includes emptying all waste receptacles and replacing with a new clear plastic liner; thoroughly clean all fixtures (i.e., toilet bowls, urinal, sinks, partitions, mirrors) with an approved disinfectant; replenish all soap and paper dispensers; and thoroughly wash all floors with an approved disinfectant.</p> <p><u>Floor Care</u></p> <p>Machine scrub floors making sure the corners are thoroughly cleaned. Thoroughly rinse scrubbed floor areas and apply floor finish. Thoroughly sweep, damp mop and spray buff&nbsp;hard floor surfaces.</p> <p>Note: Special care must be taken <u>not to splash</u> solution on walls, doors and furniture.</p> <p><u>Rubbish Collection</u></p> <p>Operate freight elevator, remove all rubbish from designated freight elevator lobbies.
